The bibliographies were prepared form a variety of sources, principally library catalogues.

• They are as complete as possible, but inevitably some editions and translations will have been omitted.
• Books have been arranged by year of first publication and are classified as follows:
• Major -- many editions and translations
• Important -- more than one edition or a translation
• Ordinary -- only one edition, or new editions only by minor Traditionalist publishers
• Not traditionalist -- independent works (translations of literary texts, musical compositions, etc.)  Such titles are ignored for statistical purposes.
